The mayor outside the office: Shavkat Umurzoqov gave an interview to Anhor.uz
On August 11, during a working visit to Chilanzar District, Tashkent City Mayor Shavkat Umurzoqov gave an exclusive interview to Anhor.uz. The conversation covered issues ranging from renovation and construction to traffic congestion, utility infrastructure, criticism, and the mayor’s personal responsibility. Some questions, particularly about the most difficult decision in his career and whether he would take a different path today, made the capital’s leader think deeply.
